The hotel offers spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms, but there were issues with the Sky channels not working and poor wifi. The location is fantastic, close to shops, the beach, and overlooking a secluded pool with jacuzzi areas. The service is very obliging and efficient, though there were delays in acknowledging our arrival at the restaurant. The dining experience had excellent buffet options but could be improved for elderly guests. Overall, a good choice for the value, with positive aspects like great location and friendly staff.
